- Site Map - MG William Weigel USARC Performance Work Statement (PWS) PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT THE ACTUAL SOLICITATION. Please read entire synopsis before contacting for questions. Army Contracting Command NJ-Fort Dix is issuing this synopsis for a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of the solicitation that will be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies and services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Services include, but are not limited to: Snow and Ice Removal including Snow Removal, Ice melt/sand, clearing sidewalks & Contractor Manpower Reporting (See PWS for Details) at the MG William Weigel USARC, 2550 Woodbridge Ave, Edison, NJ 08817. The period of performance is a 1 year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Target start date is on/about 11 December 2017. This solicitation will be a request for quote and will be issued as a small business set aside with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561790. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 13 November 2017 via fedbizops.gov. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation, Block 8. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. BOTH TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM (System for Award Management), https://www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM system may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award.
