- Brand Name Determination Description of Requirement: This pertains to the purchase and deliver of a (Brand Name) Megger Relay Test Set for performing functional and I/O testing of digital and electromechanical protective relays installed at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Dworshak Project, Ahsahka, ID. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement. The solicitation will be a small business set-aside, NAICS: 334515 (750 Employees) in accordance with the Technical Specifications. Delivery for this requirement is due no later than 8 weeks after contract award. Specifications: This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) soon detailing requirements for Megger Relay Test Set. This information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Important Note: The FBO response date listed elsewhere in this synopsis is for FBO archive purposes only. It does not necessarily reflect the actual proposal closing date. The proposal due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued.
