- Statement of Work (DRAFT) As a follow up to the Request for Information, TSA will be hosting an unclassified Industry Day on Thursday, 14 December 2017 to present the framework of the TSA Canine Statement of Work (SOW) and the anticipated path forward. This will be an opportunity to share a high level overview of the structure, processes, and requirements for TSA Canines and for Industry to ask questions. Please find event details below: 1. Event: Canine Providers Industry Day 2. Date: Thursday, 14 December 2017 3. Time: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm 4. Location: MULTIPLE within Lackland AFB, TX (Map provided) 5. Deadline to Reply and Register: Tuesday, 12 December 2017 The TSA invites interested canine providers to this Industry Day. Due to available meeting space and logistics, the TSA will only be able to accommodate three (3) attendees from each organization. Advance registration is mandatory. Please complete the below for each attendee and submit to Mr. Brandon Peters (Brandon.Peters@tsa.dhs.gov) AND Ms. Amanda Justice (Amanda.Justice@tsa.dhs.gov) no later than Tuesday, 12 December 2017: 1. Cell Phone Number 9. Alternate Phone Number The Industry Day will involve multiple site visits, a map for reference will be included, with guidance for arriving at the different locations. The order in which locations will be visited is as follows: 1. TSA Canine Training Center (introductions and brief overview of the SOW and the day's events) 2. Environmental Testing Lab 3. Lab 13 (Searches) 4. TSA Canine Training Center (CTC) Auditorium Free parking is available on each of the locations. Attendees should arrive in sufficient time to stop by the visitor security desk and pick up their visitor pass.
