- N00164-16-G-GM48_0002 BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT - SOLE SOURCE - CHARLES STARK DRAPER LABORATORY INC. - JOB ORDER N0016418FG004 - FSC AC25 - NAICS 541715 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA) N00164-16-G-GM48. The Navy has a requirement to procure essential scientific, engineering, and research and development services in support of Strategic Program efforts. The contractor shall provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) with respect to strategic Radiation-Hardened(R-H)/Hardened Critical Items (HCI) in support of these efforts - to include, but not be limited to the following technologies; Integrated Circuit (IC) Development, Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)/Processor, Memories, Active Discrete and Passive Discrete R-H/HCI parts. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division intends to award Job Order N0016418FG004 on the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-16-G-GM48 with The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc., 555 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 02139-3563. All documents that are export controlled and are under the constraints of Distribution Statement D. Distribution is authorized to DoD and DoD contractors only. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. This Job Order will have a Period of Performance of 45 days from date of award of job order. This Job Order will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(3) and implemented by FAR 6.302-3.
