Description

Network Contracting Office 17 intends to award a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the purchase of various cleaning supplies (see RFQ schedule). This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C25718Q0127. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92, effective December 19, 2016. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 325612 with a size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business set-aside. Potential businesses must be registered on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) to be considered eligible. Businesses not registered on VIP will be considered non-responsive. Responses to the solicitation are due by December 01, 2017, at 3:00PM Central Standard Time (CST) via e-mail to jon.parrocha@va.gov.
