- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure for engineering and technical Support Services in support of program management assistance, shipboard troubleshooting and repair assistance, shipboard technical assistance, work product tracking, engineering technical support, data collection and analysis of metrics and logistics support for it's Aircraft Carrier Platform support. The request for proposal (RFP) will be procured via unrestricted competition. The procurement will be awarded on a Best Value Tradeoff basis requiring the submission of a cost/price proposal, and a technical proposal. The NAICS classification for this acquisition is 541330. The Government intends to award a Single Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract. The level of effort for the performance of this contract is based upon an anticipated total estimated level of effort of 271,300 man-hours. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be sixty (60) months. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website - https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation along with any attachments will only be available electronically at the following websites: www.fedbizopps.gov or www.neco.navy.mil. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments after the release date of the solicitation. The dates of solicitation issuance, receipt of proposals in this synopsis are projected. Upon release of the solicitation, the RFP will close at least 30 days thereafter.
