- Wage Determination CLINs Power Plant CLINs Amistad Field Office Compensation & Liability Insurance SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 8309r3201013 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95. This solicitation is Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The US International Boundary & Water Commission is requesting Services for Elevator Maintenance. Refer to attached Scope of Work and other documentation to include dates and places of delivery, acceptance and FOB point. The FOB Destination shall be the Amistad/Del Rio Field Office. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend a site visit prior to submission of an Offeror's quote. A site visit may be arranged with Ms. Rosie Montes via emial ONLY at Rosalba.montes@ibwc.gov with a copy to me. Site visit shall be arranged by November 24, 2017. Offer Due Date/Local Time: December 8, 2017, 3:00 PM MST Q&A will be accepted by NLT December 4, 2017 at 3p via email ONLY to angelica.baca@ibwc.gov Questions received from Offerors after this date will not be responded to. Quotes shall be submitted and itemized in the same order as two documents attached "8309r5281004 Power Plant CLINs detailed information & 8309r3201013 Amistad Field Office CLINs detailed information". All Option Years shall be quoted (all or none). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Please offer best pricing with initial discounts. DUNS number shall be included with your quote. TIN number shall be included with hour quote. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. This may also be completed online at SAM.gov. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda. The clause at 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference The clause at 52.232-18, Availability of Funds - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
