Section J Attachments Ottumwa JCC RFP The U.S. Department of Labor has a requirement for the continued operation of the Ottumwa Job Corps Center located at 15229 Truman Street, Ottumwa, IA 52501. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611519. The small business size standard is $38.5M. The contract will have a 2-year (24-months) base period, plus three, 1-year (12-months each) Governmental unilateral renewal options.
