Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Radiology Services of James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL is currently seeking information from any vendor that can provide the following service. 1. Scope of Work: Setup and configuration of HI-IQ* Start-up Package to include: Software Modules (Quality Assurance; Room View/Patient Tracking/Inventory Management) Test Environment Support (questions, telephone, application updates) HI-IQ Annual Subscription *(HI-IQ is a software platform designed to be the centerpiece tool for managing interventional radiology workflow and to improve the hospital s departmental patient workflow, outcomes and inventory management. HI-IQ is a software solution for real-time intelligence that helps interventional radiology refine operational processes). The contractor shall provide all resources (labor, materials/parts, tools, equipment, and transportation) necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The vendor shall deliver, install, and train JAHVH staff on the proper use of the current version of an inventory management software package and subscription in the Interventional Radiology Section of the Radiology Service at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. The software package should include quality assurance, room view/patient tracking, and inventory management modules. The software package should also be able to retrieve orders from the Veterans Integrated System Technology Architecture (VISTA) and provide bi-directional inventory management. The software package should be able to accommodate two Interventional Radiology Suites and unlimited users. The system shall be fully operational at the conclusion of the work. 2. Performance Period:   Software subscription and maintenance package should be for one base year and four option years. The period of performance is 1/1/2018-12/31/2022   3.
