- LOCATION: BLOOMINGTON, IN - HOTEL OR CONFERENCE CENTER EVENT FOR THE INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD. Request the following services from December 1st through December 4th. Beginning December 1st, starting at 4pm 1600hrs 71 sleeping Rooms (39 Singles 32 Doubles) December 2nd: begin at 0730 and end at 2100 Sleeping Rooms 248 (133 singles, 115 double) PRESENTATION ROOM REQUIREMENT FOR SATURDAY DECEMBER 2ND: 0700-2100hrs (9pm) General Session Room: big enough for 500 Breakout Room 1: Round tables for 200 Breakout Room 2: Children ages 0-5 (25-40 kids) Breakout Room 3: Youth ages 6-17 (25-40 kids) Breakout Room 4: small conference room for counseling and supply room Registration tables outside general session room: 6, 8ft tables A/V NEEDS: General Session: Projection Screen Package (we will provide 2 projectors with HDMI capabilities), Wireless handheld microphone package, audio package PRESENTATION ROOM REQUIREMENT FOR SUNDAY DECEMBER 3RD: 0700-1700hrs (5pm) (this day is only for Soldiers) General Session Room: Sunday - big enough for 400 Breakout Room 1: Children ages 0-5 (25-40 kids) Breakout Room 2: Youth ages 6-17 (25-40 kids) Breakout Room 3: Small Room for storage of equipment A/V NEEDS: General Session: Projection Screen Package (we will provide 2 projectors with HDMI capabilities), Wireless handheld microphone package, audio package MEALS FOR SATURDAY DECEMBER 2ND 2017 600 personnel BREAKFAST ** Items purchased from breakfast to include coffee and water are to be left out until consumed in its entirety prior to lunch meal. Must accept government purchase orders. Credit card use unauthorized due to contract amount exceeded the micro purchase limit. Must be registered in SAM.GOV and familiar with the WAWF invoice system. Individual guests will be required to use their personal credit card to cover incidentals not covered in the contract. Gov't pays for Rooms only. After Award - must be available for Site Visit to ensure space availability for meeting rooms.
