Offerors are advised that the strucuture on Attachment II, Rev1 and Attachment VII will be utilized in evaluating proposals. When submitting SF 1449, offerors may physically re-write CLINs in or leave as is with the knowledge that the CLIN structure has been revised. The SF 1449 may be submitted as part of Volume 3 and will be considered outside of the page count. Supplemental information in support of pricing provided for each CLIN can be displayed on additional sheets offerors may add to the Pricing Spreadsheet. Each addition should be clear in reference and format as assumptions will not be made. In regards to Past Performance, there is no minimum number of evaluations required. The max number is (3). There are no page limits for this volume. Referencing the Excel Q&A answer #4, the prime will have to maintain that they, as the 8(a) company, consistently perform at least 51% of the work. With that in mind, subcontractors may fulfill the labor categories as long as the 51% is maintained by the prime. Teaming Agreements/Subcontracting Plans should be included in Volume (1). These will be considered as part of the total page count.
