- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL No. W912C3-18-R-0001 for Drinking Water Sampling Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall provide all services, personnel, management, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, insurances and supervision and any other items and services not government furnished necessary to perform sampling and chemical analysis of the Drinking Water Distribution System located at the US Army Garrison Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The anticipated release date of this Request for Proposal is on or about December 15, 2017. The due date to submit your proposal is on or about January 19, 2018 at 11:00 AM. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code is 541380. The size standard is $15 Million.
