Description

The Government intends to award one indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) fixed-price Contract. The contractor shall provide labor, service, equipment and materials for the cleaning of bilges aboard ten (10) Patrol Coastal (PC) ships located in the Naval Support Activity (NSA), Bahrain. Bilge cleaning services shall be limited to the 10 PC ships located at Naval Support Activity Bahrain. The anticipated Period of Performance is: Base Year:15 December 2017 “ 14 December 2018 Option Year 1:15 December 2018 “ 14 December 2019 Option Year 2:15 December 2019 “ 14 December 2020 All questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Christina Sylvester at Christina.Sylvester@me.navy.mil and Carol McGrapth at Carol.McGrapth@me.navy.mil by 26 November 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Bahrain local time. The Government does not anticipate extending the due date for receipt of quotations, therefore, review the RFQ and these instructions thoroughly so all of your concerns/questions can be addressed. Contractors interested in participating in the site visit in accordance with ADDENDUM TO FAR CLAUSE 52.237-1 shall e-mail Contract Specialist, Christina Sylvester at Christina.Sylvester@me.navy.mil and Carol McGrapth at Carol.McGrapth@me.navy.mil no later than Thursday, November 16 at 12:00 p.m.
