36C24518Q0039: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the services required at Veterans Affairs Facility at the Clarksburg VA Medical Center located 1 Medical Center Dr., Clarksburg, WV 26301.This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes but not limited to: Providing patients internet access in multiple locations within the VA Center, provide network filtering service for prevention of inappropriate sites, and provide telephone support. The firm must be approved under NAICS: 517312, size standard $20.5. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SD VOSB firms that submit bid/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about November 15, 2017. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from www.fbo.gov.
