Description

NSN - 6120-01-592-4787 - Power, Supply being bought in accordance with : Acumentrics Rups, LLC / Cage 5WJV5 for Part Number ACG2500U24.6K52 (QTY 44) to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FAR Part 12 procedures will be utilized for this procurement. FOB will be at Destination and inspection acceptance will be at Origin. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 11/29/2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions (L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L08). The required delivery is 120 days ADO (After Date of Order). Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Unit of Issue: EA The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6120. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is: Acumentrics Rups, LLC / Cage 5WJV5 Place of performance - Walpole, MA 02081-2523 Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12. Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
