Description

SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis, for SW Maintenance of EMC Licenses under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoDcontract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 11:00 Eastern Standard Time, 20 November. The Government will consider quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the Brand Name product cited. Award will be made on an all or none basis. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to donna.owens@navy.mil. Vendor MUST be an authorized distributor. Please provide of copy of your authorized reseller letter. Time is of the essence. If your reseller letter does not accompany your quote, your quote will not be considered/evaluated. POP: 12/1/2017- 11/30/2018 See attached RFQ. Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. Please include your CAGE Code
