Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the pharmaceuticals listed below for delivery to Murfreesboro, TN CMOP. This is an EMERGENCY procurement. Line item Description NDC Quantity 1 UREA 40% Cream (90GM) per Tube 00316-7400-03 4000 Tubes The Product Code is 6515; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, to Karen.Griffin4@va.gov. Solicitation package 36C770-18-Q-0097, shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around November 17, 2017 and will close no later than 4:00 PM CST on November 20, 2017. Please direct any technical questions in writing to Karen R. Griffin via email by closing time. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. Vendors shall be registered and active at the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov at time of offer. Offerors shall supply their wholesale distributor licensure with offer. OFFERORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK, AND CAN PROVIDE ITEM QUOTED. DELIVERY WILL BE NEEDED FOR THIS EMERGENCY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT TO THE Murfreesboro TN CMOP.
