Description

Request for Quote Sole Source Memorandum The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Conflict Kinetics Corporation, 22977 Eaglewood Court, Suite 160, Sterling, VA 20166 for a Conflicts Kinetics System which includes the following items: One (1) Each TORA FlatWall one year software license agreement, PN: EOTC-368-TL-FW; One (1) Each K-SET one year license, PN: EOTC-372-TL-KT; One (1) Each RSMR one year license, PN: EOTC-370-TL-RR; One (1) Each TORA CONUS license support one year, PN: EOTC-368-BVBP; One (1) Each TORA CONUS license installation bundle, PN: EOTC-348-IB; One (1) Each Weapons Maintenance Kit, PN: EOTC-360-WMK; Three (3) Each Synthetic M-4 Rifle, PN: EOTC-362-SKRCA; Four (4) Each Synthetic M-4 Rifle Magazines, PN: EOTC-362-RMAG; One (1) Each Train the Trainer training software, PN: EOTC-349-DV. This purchase is not suitable for competition for the following reasons. The Conflicts Kinetic system provides all required items and software within one system.
