- This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources who can provide identification and analysis of the DoD Logistics Infrastructure Sector assets defined as the worldwide DoD, Government and private sector activities, facilities, networks and systems that support the provision of supplies and services to United States forces. The identification and analysis encompasses the cyber assets and physical assets that support supply chain functions, maintenance of weapons systems, disposal of Government property and demilitarization of munitions. Also included is maintenance and update of the characterization periodically based on weapons system and operational changes, system administration, database administration, security administration, configuration management, application management of the CIPLOG database to maintain the existing System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA) and Authorization to Operation (ATO) on the FLA SUPRNET domain in compliance with the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP). Also required are the actions necessary to ensure interoperability of CIPLOG data with the National Geospatial-Intelligence (NGA) Palenterra geographical information system (GIS) and the DCIP Shared Data Environment (SDE). The Government is seeking sources who are able to immediately supply this product/service. Please note that this is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a request for sources able to prove the ability to provide the required product/service. The Government reserves the right to solicit on other available Government points of entry (GPE). Please reference the RFI # in your response. Responses must be submitted to the email addresses listed on the Primary and Secondary Point of Contact by the closing date/time of the announcement. Late submissions will not be reviewed.
