Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Wausau Delineated Area: North Boundary: Evergreen Dr. South Boundary: South Mountain Rd. / HWY 29 East Boundary: Camp Phillips Rd. West Boundary: County Trunk O Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 12,822 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 9,498 Space Type: Office space for Medical/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total): 70 Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 1 Years Occupancy Required By: 04/01/2019 (tentative) Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 70 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first-floor contiguous, but will consider other floor levels with working elevators as long as ADA compliant. NOTE: Respondents are advised that the VA assumes no responsibility to award a lease based on the responses to this advertisement. VA will not pay commissions. Offerors are responsible for any costs associated with providing proposals to the Government. VA is only gathering market research information at this point and will only consider proposals from owners, landlords, lessors, or their legal representatives when actual proposals/offers are sought via solicitation as a result of this market research.
