DeBakey VA Medical Center 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030 SOW PURPOSE The purpose is to procure multiple items for patient care in Interventional Radiology for chemo embolization procedures. QUANTITY 72 vials of VE220GS 1 LC Bead embolization product. Yellow Label Color, Size 100-300ym, 2ml beads 36 vials of VE020GS 1 LC Bead embolization product. Black Label Color, Size 70-150ym, 2ml beads SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Interventional Radiology supplies for chemo embolization are fairly regular and consistent with our patient population and a regular, recurring delivery schedule would be beneficial with set delivery dates every two weeks per month as follows.
