- Attachment 3- Pricing Sheet Attachment 2- Provisions and Clauses Attachment 1- Statement of Work Request for Quote Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z02318FPFC00100 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The United States Coast Guard intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. This requirement is for a cruise vessel to host three (3) convenings of the Foreign Passenger Vessel Examiner Course. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are 483112- Cruise Lines (i.e. deep sea passenger transportation to or from foreign ports). The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This is an unrestricted, full and open acquisition.
