- Draft SOW dated 11-15-2017 Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI)is conduction market research to identify vendors who are capable of providing evaluation and recommendation services for the deployment of a Radio Frequency Identification Devices (RFID) at Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). RIA-JMTC is an intergrated, verticial, metal machining and fabrication facility that operates within a footprint of approximately 3 million square feet. The RIA-JMTC facilty is designed in such a way that material moves may occur within only feet of each other, or miles from each location. Material moves both indoors and outdoors during all seasons. RIA-JMTC is looking for those vendors that provide Evaluation/Recommendation services, hardware and software products, and installation services for RFID process implementation in a supply chain environment such as described above. All interested/capable vendors are encouraged to provide the following information for review by the Government: - Company Name, Phone, Address, Email address - Company Cage Code and Business Size under NAICS 541511 - Services Capabilities and/or products currently offering to industry - Estimated or range of delivery lead times - Cost Range - THIS SHOULD NOT BE A OFFICIAL QUOTE NO award will be issued as aresult of this sources sought. All information shall be provided as market research information only. The Government will not reimburse vendors for their submitted information.
