- SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0002 70Z0G118BPFA00200 REPLACE TERRACE WATERPROOFING, ROLAND HALL, USCG ACADEMY, NEW LONDON, CT PROJECT #5062482 THE SOLICITATION WAS PREVIOUSLY SYNOPSIZED AS HSCGG1-18-B-PFA002 THE SOLICITATION NUMBER, REFERENCED ON ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS, HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 70Z0G118BPFA00200. ISSUE DATE: 19 OCTOBER 2017 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to Replace Terrace Waterproofing, Roland Hall, USCG Academy, New London, CT, Project #5062482. The work includes complete removal of plaza surfacing (concrete, turf, and overburden); provision of new full waterproofing system/assembly, green roof assembly, and cable railing system; construction of secondary terrace drainage; installation of open joint architectural paver system, including architectural features as described in drawing; door and threshold replacements; sealant replacements; exterior painting; and miscellaneous related site work. The period of performance for the project is 215 calendar days (per amendment 0001 dtd 11/16/2017) from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The period of performance for work on site is from 24 May 2018 through 24 August 2018. The estimated value of the procurement is between $500,000 and $750,000. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. Solicitation packages will be available on 19 October 2017. The date set for receipt of bids is scheduled for 30 November 2017 at 2:00 pm (per amendment 0002 dtd 11/20/2017). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 Roofing Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
