Under restrictive rights, they are the only authorized manufacturer for the required OEM parts. Geislinger Corporation is registered on SAM as a small business under the applicable NAICS code 333613. However, Market Research revealed no other small businesses known to supply Geislinger certified parts. Accordingly, there is no reasonable expectation of receiving quotes from two (2) or more small businesses. Therefore, it is recommended that this requirement be solicited and awarded on a sole source basis to Geislinger Corporation.
