- Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:FL City:Miami Delineated Area:See attached Map and narrative Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):7000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):7300 Space Type:Office Full Term:25 months Firm Term:16 months Parking:2 Reserved Spaces, on-site or within 3 blocks Additional Requirements:Cannot be co-located with local, state or federal law enforcement, judicial or regulatory agencies such as Customs and Border Protection, the courts, or IRS; must have a loading dock or acceptable alternative; if not located on the ground floor then there must be either a freight elevator or passenger elevator that can be used as a freight elevator with a door opening of at least 42 inches. If there are no available options containing Census' unique requirements as outlined in the RLP and below, the Government reserves the right to identify an acceptable alternative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
