Description

The purpose of this amendment is to add an additional Generac Generator located at Bldg. 106 to both the SOW and Price Schedule, and to correct the Serial Number (SN) for the 2nd Clarke Generator in Bldg. 103 to reflect SN 4A-256744 (verses SN 4A657-FF) in the Price Schedule. The specs for the additional generator are as follows: Generac, 600KW, 750KVA, 277/480 volt, Model SD600, SN 2107932, Engine: Doosan #OF9438. Please see highlighted items on page 4 of attached RFQ 36C24818Q0141 (Rev 1) and those in the Price Schedule (Rev 1). Contractors are required to submit a completed copy of the Price Schedule (Rev 1) with their quotes.
