- RFQ WC133W18RQ0007 Solicitation number WC-133W-18-RQ-0007 is hereby posted. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is soliciting for Snow and Ice Removal services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Gray, ME. Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 561790 and is being solicited unrestricted for full and open competition. The Government intends to procure services using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government requires all contractors doing business with the Government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
