- Statement of Work This Presolicitation is being sent on behalf of Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement for a contractor to provide existing classroom training space in close proximity to NSWCPD at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. These training facilities will accommodate DAU and non-DAU type training classes in support of NSWCPD. NSWCPD contracts separately for the training instructor, however, this requirement is for the training room and training aids/audiovisual equipment as detailed in this SOW. Major requirements for this facility must be that it is within 2 miles of NSWCPD located at The Philadelphia Navy Yard and there is adequate free parking available, for up to 30 students. It is intended that the results of this pre-solicitation will result in the creation of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for qualified contractors able to provide the service. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Statements can be emailed directly to POC: Derek Diep at derek.diep@navy.mil All communications must be addressed to the POC via e-mail ONLY.
