- CDRL QASP Wage Determination Performance Work Statement (PWS) Request for Quotation M68909-18-Q-7608 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M68909-18-Q-7608. The RFQ and its attachments contained in this notice incorporate all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are currently in effect. The U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command, MCTSSA, Contracts Office, Camp Pendleton, CA issues this solicitation as a Total Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 488310 with size standard of $38.5 Million. There will be no site visit or pre-proposal conference. The vendor shall provide non-personal OSHA-compliant three-person dive team to support AVTB during amphibious vehicle operator training, sustainment operations, and developmental test and evaluation support in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance will be from 1 January 2018 to 28 February 2018. Interested vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to the RFQ; will be most advantageous to the Government utilizing Best Value. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. Quotation Submission Deadline: Interested vendors may submit questions concerning this RFQ at the earliest time possible but no later than 02:00 PM, Pacific Time, 8 December 2017 to enable the Government time to respond accordingly.
