- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to TSI SEMICONDUCTOR. The requirement is for; DEDICATED COMMERCIAL RUN IN 0.8UM BCD,700V: MASK SET. QTY: 26 EA This notice of intent is not a request for quote.
