- Sole Source J&A Southwest Regional Maintenace Center (SWRMC) awarded sole source firm fixed price contract to Jered, LLC/PaR Systems Company (hereon as Jered) due to an unusal and compelling urgency under the authority of FARs 5.201, 5.202, 5.203, and DFARS PGI 203.302-2. Jered is the manufacturer of sideport door parts of the USS ANCHORAGE that is in need of repair. The parts needed to perform the required maintenance on the sideport door are proprietary of Jered. This notice is not a request for competitive quote. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. This notice is only for informational purpose only. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is soley within the discretion of the Government.
