- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Brand Name J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial medical equipment items, prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number, FA7000-18-T-0006, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.5. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95, 19 January 2017. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which if received timely, will be considered by the 10th Contracting Squadron, USAF Academy (USAFA). This is a Brand Name only requirement.
