- BMC2 BAA The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Space Vehicles (RV) is interested in receiving proposals and white papers through the issuance of proposal call announcements (CALLs) for research, development, deployment and demonstration for Space Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) capabilities. The primary goal is to optimize space operations at both the operational and tactical levels under both nominal and off-nominal scenarios. Specific BMC2 capabilities of interest include, but are not limited to, real-time space situational awareness (SSA), dynamic response management, and collaboration across multiple operations centers and agencies.
