- Specifications SOLICITATION NUMBER: W90M8A72760400 RESTRICTIONS: N/A SUBJECT: Intent to Award Sole Source for Special Operations Combatives Program (S.O.C.P.) Instructor Training LOCATION: Utah Army National Guard, Camp Williams, 17800 S. Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, UT 84065 RESPONSE DUE DATE: 11:00 am MST 30 November 2017 CONTRACTING POC: William (Billy) T. Brown III Email: William.t.brown68.civ@mail.mil The Utah National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Gregory Thompson DBA H2H Inc, 656 Wren Lane, Vass, NC 28394. The Utah National Guard will purchase the training and certification for 20 soldiers as S.O.C.P. instructors over a 10 day course to include manual/books, and add ons. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the USPFO for Utah within three (3) calendar days from the posting of this notice or by 1100 MST 30 November 2017. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated services. Information can be sent to Contract Specialist, William T. Brown III at William.t.brown68.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted unless deemed absolutely necessary. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, The USPFO for Utah will proceed with the sole source award.
