Attached, you will find a Solicitation for the purchase of one 2017 or 2018 model year, 600 cc mountain snowmobile and one 2017 or 2018 800 cc mountain snowmobile and 2 power coated, structural aluminum snowmobile racks and 2 ski and snowboard racks for the Sawtooth National Forest. No later than 5:00 pm MST, December 11, 2017 please provide a price, for all items on schedule, days to delivery and experience questionnaire. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price, days to delivery, and item meeting all specifications. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are significantly more important than price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price. Alll proposals shall include the following information: 1.) Price 2.) Vendor ability to meet snow machine specifications 3.) Vendor ability to meet delivery deadlines This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 441228. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, your organization must not exceed 7 million in annual revenue.
