Additional detailed information is provided in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). INTRODUCTION: This sources sought announcement is requesting capability statements from all responsible and capable sources (i.e. both large and small businesses) that can provide the required services under the NAICS Code 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the acquisition strategy, including whether a set-aside is appropriate. DISCLAIMER: THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. CONTRACT/PROGRAM BACKGROUND: The current effort provides mail processing support services; case analysis and classification support services; database integrity; and information analysis reporting and application development/maintenance; as well as miscellaneous support services for the Civil Division. The current contract (i.e. Contract DJJ14-C-2476 with Integrated Support Systems, Inc.) was awarded on October 1, 2013 and will expire on September 30, 2018. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties having the corporate capability and expertise necessary to perform the stated requirements outlined in the Draft SOW may submit capability statements via email in word or pdf format to christina.murray@usdoj.gov no later than 10:00am on December 7, 2017. Responses shall be no more than 10 pages and shall include the following: 1) Business name and address; 2) Name of company representative and their business title; 3) Type of Business; 4) Cage Code; 5) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the services, to include General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) 6) Qualifications - relevant experience to perform the required services. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personal reviewing RFI responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
