Description
STATEMENT OF WORK This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # N4523A-18-R-0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This is a firm fixed price contract with a base year and 2 option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and size standard of $20.5 million. The Product Service Code Class is J066. All vendors submitting a quote shall be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington has a requirement for a COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT/WARRANTY W/CALIBRATION to maintain, repair and provide technical support for instrumentation and calibration per the attached statement of work Delivery is FBO Destination, Navy Base Kitsap, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, during The Period of Performance as follows: POP = 15 DEC 2017 – 9/30/18 POP OPTION 1 = 10/1/18 – 9/30/19 POP OPTION 2 = 10/1/19 – 9/30/20 CLINS CLIN 0001; COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT/WARRANTY – LABORATORY EQUIPMENT CLIN 0002 OPTION YEAR 1 CLIN 0003 OPTION YEAR 2 PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number; N4523A18R3003 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Cage Code or Duns number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Proposals that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All questions must be submitted in writing to Angeline.wilson@navy.mil by 12:00 P.M. Pacific on December 9, 2017. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about December 15, 2017. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service.
