For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX7F0749AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 100 each up to 500 each maximum of a HUB, ROTOR, HELICOPTER NSN: 1615-01-083-6812, Part Number: 70102-11101-042 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 100 each Year 2: 100 each Year 3: 100 each Year 4: 100 each Year 5: 100 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 100 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is limited in competition to AEREX MFG. Cage Code 5K840, SIKORSKY, Cage Code 78286, and ROTAIR, Cage Code 54878. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
