- Sole Source Justification - redacted The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Contracting, proposes to enter into a purchase order on a sole source basis with the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The Records and Information from Department of Motor Vehicles for E-Verify (RIDE) program allows employers to validate and authenticate driver licenses and state identification records. The purpose of this Order is to allow access to such data from the Nebraska DMV. In addition, the Nebraska DMV will provide the following support services: customer service, programmatic and technical support. These services will allow for the quick response of any problems USCIS Verification Division (VER) has accessing Nebraska DMV records and will provide assistance to the VER staff in the resolution of any mismatches that result from E-Verify's verification of Nebraska DMV records.
