- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole-sourced award under FAR 12 and 13 under NAICS 485111 with the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) for transit passes for frontrunner, trax, and bus usage. The period of performance for this contract will be January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. UTA is the only public transportation available in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The Bureau of Reclamation has determined that UTA ¿s transit system is the best method at this time to provide public transportation for Reclamation employees. Any firm that believes it could fulfill the Government need described herein must submit a capability statement to Jennifer Jones at jenniferjones@usbr.gov by close of business December 7, 2017 for consideration. However, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to make the final decision on source selection in the best interest of the Government.
