- RFI Solicitation # W56JSR-18-R-0016, Market Research Questions RFI Solicitation #W56JSR-18-R-0016, Performance Work Statement (PWS) This is the Government's Request for Information (RFI) Solicitation #W56JSR-18-R-0016. The U.S. Army Communications- Electronics Command (CECOM), Software Engineering Center (SEC), Command, Control, and Communication Tactical Directorate (C3T) Mission Command Division (MCD) Development Branch provides the requirements for consolidated technical, engineering, and management services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for System and Software Engineering Support Services. These support services provide software and system engineering services for Research & Development (R&D) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) activities for the SEC C3T portfolio of systems and support, including but not limited to, those described in Attachment 1 (embedded in the PWS). This portfolio is expected to align with both Army and Mission Command (MC) modernization strategies and new versions of the Common Operating Environment (COE), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), and Mounted Computing Environment (MCE).
