- Updated B-M Amendment 003 Solicitation Amendment 003 Construction of one Coastguard Station for the Colombian Navy in the Natrual National Park in Gorgona Island, Guapi, Colombia SAQMMA-17-R-0621 This is a solicitation for the construction of a Coastguard Station for the Colombian Navy (COLNAV) in the National Natural Park in Gorgona Island, Guapi, Colombia (previously listed under Soliciation number SAQMMA-16-R-0709.) The order of magnitude for this requirement is between USD $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 300 calendar days from the notice to proceed. This acquisition is issued under full and open procedures. If you intend to submit a proposal, you should thoroughly examine all documents contained in this soliciation package. The USG has scheduled a site visit on October 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time (see section L.10 FAR 52.236-27) and will hold a pre-proposal conference on October 23, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. local time. All prospective offerors are invited to attend. If you plan to attend, you must confirm your attendance no later than Tuesday, October 17, 2017 by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time as described in the Schedule B-M in this solicitation (see additional instructions in Section L.10). Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation in writing and in English as it is described in the Schedule B-M (see L.9, FAR 52.236-27). Responses to the questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website ( www.fedbizopps.gov ). The deadline for proposal submission is December 5, 2017. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Details are found in the attachments of this soliciation package.
