- DRAFT RFQ - 2018 DoD Security Conference Please find attached the "DRAFT" Request for Quote (RFQ) for the 2018 DoD Security Conference requirement. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates release of a "FINAL" RFQ on or before Tuesday, December 05, 2017. The Defense Security Service (DSS) requires "no-cost" support services to assist in the planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting of a three (3) day DoD Security Conference for either of the months of June, July, or August 2018. DSS anticipates a minimum attendance of 300 and a maximum of 600 Government and Contractor personnel.
