- Revised Management Plan Worksheet Amendment 0001 THIS IS AMENDMENT 0001 FOR FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO SOLICITATION. THIS IS THE SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO. The General Services Administration requires Full Maintenance Services in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This was previously issued with solicitation number GS-07-P-17-JU-D-0005 which has been cancelled and will be reissued with solicitation number 47PH0217R0015. This procurement will be procured as a competitive SDVOB set-aside using FAR Part-15 procedures. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 2, 2017. The anticipated start date will be on or about March 1, 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) to be used is 561210. The size standard for this NAICS is $38.5M. Specifically, the Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the requirements of the specifications at the locations listed below. Runnels Federal Building (NM0042), 200 E.
