- UPDATE 11/27/2017 AMENDMENT 1 POSTED DUE DATE EXTENDED. UPDATE 11/22/2017 Solicitation added. UPDATE 11/17/2017 While the system for creating a solicitation is still down I have updated the attachments to include a preliminary Section L and M which includes what is needed for the business and technical proposals. The purpose of this request for offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors for all work associated with the installation of two Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPI) to serve runways 10L & 28R at Boise Air Terminal/Gowen Field “ Boise Airport (BOI) in Boise, Idaho. This contract will also require the complete demolition of the existing runway 10L & 28R Vertical Approach Slope Indicators (VASIs). For those viewing this solicitation on the FedBizOpps.gov website, we recommend you view it instead at the FAA Contract Opportunities website: https://faaco.faa.gov/. All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the specifications, drawings, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to matt.benbow@faa.gov.
