- Description
- SET-ASIDE STATUS: 8(a) Set-Aside recompete. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration require specialized scientific, engineering, technical, administrative, and budgetary program support services. This contract will provide on-site services to support in-house capabilities whose primary purpose is to conduct weather, marine, and climate research and development, including program support administration. Contractor personnel consist of scientists, meteorologists, physicists, climatologists, engineers, mathematicians, computer scientists, system developers, related technical and administrative support personnel. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: We anticipate a contract with five one-year ordering periods. TENTATIVE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: December 13, 2017 ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE: Indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity with labor hour task orders. TENTATIVE PROPOSAL DUE DATE: January 10, 2018 ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: February 12, 2018 CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION: To be eligible for award, a contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
