- A potential offeror submitted a question to our office that was never received. Upon following up with our office that's when it was identified that we were never in receipt of the question. The contracting officer requested verification of when the question was originally sent and then based on the facts determined that the question was submitted prior to the cutoff date. Determination was made to accept the question. The answer and question are attached to this amendment. Additionally, the quote date has been extended. Please see attached solicitation for details. Solicitation has been edited to attach questions/answers and also change the quote due date.
