- Modification #1: Q1: Will the Contractor that performs the feasibility study be precluded from providing any follow-on equipment? A1: Per the Grantee, the Contractor that performs the feasibility study will not be precluded from or preferred for providing any follow-on equipment. Q2: Please provide the name of the software package that the Grantee currently uses to model the load flow and stability for their system. A2: Per the Grantee, the software that they currently use is "DIgSILENT PowerFactory." Q3: Please let us know whether any or all of the following documents can be provided in English only: 1) USTDA U.S. Firm Information Form and its attachments; 2) corporate experience and qualifications documents; 3) key staff CVs; and 4) references. A3: Per the Grantee, it is not a problem if Offerors present those documents in English only.
