- Mecanisme pour l'introduction des intrants de lutte contre le paludisme dans le secteur prive au Benin Initial Environment Examination (IEE) Full solicitation Stratégie Nationale Multi Sectorielle de Santé Sexuelle et de la Reproduction des Adolescents et Jeunes au Benin 2010-2020 Benin Private Health Sector Assessment Paquets d’Interventions à Haut Impact par Niveau de Soins pour l’Atteinte des OMD au Benin Benin Private Health Sector Census Directives Nationales En Matière de Monitoring des Interventions de Santé Budget Template Directives Nationales de Supervision des Acteurs du Systeme de Santé This is a full solicitation RFP Number: 72068018R00001 Issuance Date: November 27, 2017 Questions due by: December 5, 2017, 1400 Benin Time Proposal Submission Deadline: January 12, 2018, 1400 Benin Time The contractor will primarily utilize a technical assistance approach to reform Benin's regulatory systems, strengthen healthcare administration and advocacy, as well as a direct service delivery model as it works towards the goal of increasing the utilization of high impact reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health (RMNCH) services and products delivered by the private sector nationwide. There are four objectives of the activity, including the following: Objective 1: Expand volume of quality, high-impact RMNCH services delivered by private sector providers Objective 2: Increase availability of affordable and quality and health products through private sector channels Objective 3: Strengthen public-private engagement to promote universal RMNCH outcomes Objective 4: Innovative, successful, private sector models are identified, tested, and applied This activity will play a vital role in supporting the USG's and Agency's goal of achieving of expanding access to high impact interventions and ultimately reducing preventable deaths by expanding delivery of high impact reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health (RMNCH) services and products through the private sector. Working with private sector health associations, providers, pharmacists, wholesalers, NGO's, market research companies and the government, USAID aims to strengthen the quality of high impact RMNCH health services and products nationwide. A key approach to this effort is improving regulatory environment to enable a stronger private health sector as well as expand public-private partnerships. The draft PWS of this activity was shared with the RFI No. RFI-680-17-00001 and Solicitation No. SOL-680-17-0000XX with the posting date of May 24, 2017. A pre-solicitation notice was posted for this solicitation on October 31, 2017 per FAR 5.203.(a) and 5.204.
